Return & Exchange Policy

ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED, PURCHASED ON SALE, OR PURCHASED USING A PROMOTION CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

STILL&SEA wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly exchange returned items for another size, another style, or store credit within fourteen (14) days of the original sale. All online orders returned for exchange or store credit must be received by STILL&SEA within fourteen (14) days of original delivery. We do not accept returns for refund.

Your original sales receipt must accompany all in-store returns for exchange or store credit. A completed Return Authorization Form must accompany all online orders being returned for exchange or store credit. Please click here to download this form.

Shipping costs for online orders are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to STILL&SEA.

Online orders may be returned for exchange or store credit at our storefront located at 2110 S Lamar Blvd., Ste. E, Austin, TX 78704.

Please allow three to five (3-5) days for all online returns and exchanges to be processed. Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a store credit code via the email you used when placing your order or notify you when we have shipped your exchange item(s).

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Assessing the condition of merchandise is fully up to the discretion of STILL&SEA.

STILL&SEA will replace any defective merchandise returned to our storefront within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. If you are an online customer and experience a defect in your merchandise within the first thirty (30) days, please contact us via phone or e-mail support@stillandsea.com immediately to ensure that we can properly address any issues. Any returns on defective merchandise approved by our staff after thirty (30) days will only be issued store credit for the last advertised price on stillandsea.com of the item(s) being returned. 

Merchandise must have all original tags attached.

For hygienic purposes, hygienic liners in swimwear must be intact with no signs of removal upon receipt of returned item(s).

Sale and promotional prices are not retroactive.

All lingerie and intimates are final sale.

All jewelry is final sale.
